Community Information

Residents of the Sun City Center Community Association are often impacted by county or state ordinances or statutes. In addition, there are state, county and community services available that are of benefit to the retired population of Sun City Center but are not well publicized. Often, such services or the laws governing them are not well understood and need to be explained and clarified for our residents. Also, many services available within the Greater Sun City Center community area are provided by charitable organizations, medical support groups and religious organizations. This section of the website will provide information about this subject if it is deemed to be important for our residents to know.
