HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION SERVICES
Sun City Center is comprised of many communities of homes that were built as subdivisions. Homeowners in these communities have formed Associations (referred to as Units) with bylaws and covenants defining acceptable practices and standards for maintaining property, making changes to property, architectural standards, landscaping standards, maintenance of common areas and similar items that are intended to assure property values are not compromised.
Each Homeowner Association Unit operates independently. Each year, homeowners elect residents within their own community to serve as directors of their association. The presidents, or appointed representatives, of each association gather on a monthly basis with the CA to exchange information. These meetings, which are posted on the CA Meetings Page, are chaired by a Director of the Community Association. Click Unit Presidents for a current listing of all Homeowner Association Unit Presidents.
