Room Scheduling
Rooms must be reserved for all meetings of clubs, for association purposes, or for personal use. There is a refundable deposit fee charged for personal use to assure that the room will be properly cleaned following meetings where food is served. There is also a fee and/or deposit required when a large room is set up for a special party or event for a club or organization. Please be advised that many rooms are reserved as much as a year in advance which sometimes requires adjustment in plans. To obtain information on availability or to schedule a room, please call the CA Office.
