- The contact or connection maintained by communications between the Director/Officer and cited organization to ensure concerted actions and coordinated proposed policy changes.
- Oversight

- Appointed by the Board of Directors
- Task Force
- A group of Sun City Center residents who are requested by the CA President to perform a specific task outside the normal jurisdiction of the Board.
- Panel
- A group of CA Directors/Officers appointed by the Board to perform a specific function.
- Committee
- A group of CA members tasked to perform some service or function, investigate or act upon a specific matter, as authorized by the Board of Directors.
